이용약관

본 약관은 DocuMind(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 서비스(https://documind-app.com)의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

제1조 (서비스 개요)

회사는 AI 기반 문서 분석 서비스(요약, 핵심 포인트 추출, 질의응답, 번역, 퀴즈 생성, 프레젠테이션 자동 생성 등)를 제공합니다.

제2조 (회원가입 및 계정)

  • 만 14세 이상이어야 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 정확하고 최신의 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
  • 계정 보안(비밀번호 관리 등)은 이용자 본인이 책임집니다.
  • 하나의 이용자당 하나의 계정만 허용됩니다.

제3조 (서비스 요금제)

무료 플랜

  • 문서 분석 횟수 제한 있음
  • 기본 기능(요약, 핵심 포인트, 제한적 질의응답) 제공

Pro 플랜 (유료)

  • 무제한 문서 분석 및 모든 기능 이용
  • 월간 또는 연간 구독 방식
  • 결제는 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리됩니다.

제4조 (구독 및 환불)

  • 구독은 자동 갱신됩니다. 갱신 전 언제든지 취소할 수 있습니다.
  • 결제일로부터 7일 이내 서비스를 실질적으로 이용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • 7일 경과 후 환불은 개별 검토 후 결정됩니다.

제5조 (업로드 콘텐츠 및 이용자 책임)

  • 이용자가 업로드하는 문서의 저작권 및 법적 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • 타인의 저작물, 개인정보가 포함된 문서는 적법하게 처리할 책임이 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • 회사는 AI 분석 목적으로만 업로드 파일을 처리하며, 불필요한 경우 삭제합니다.

제6조 (금지 행위)

다음 행위는 금지됩니다.

  • 불법 콘텐츠 업로드 (저작권 침해, 음란물, 개인정보 무단 수집 등)
  • 서비스 자동화 도구(봇, 스크래퍼)를 통한 대량 이용
  • 타인의 계정 무단 사용
  • 서비스 운영 방해 행위
  • 리버스 엔지니어링 또는 API 무단 활용

위반 시 사전 통보 없이 계정이 정지 또는 삭제될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (서비스 가용성)

회사는 서비스의 안정적인 운영을 위해 노력하나, 정기점검, 긴급보수, 불가항력적 사유 등으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 회사는 이로 인한 손해에 대해 중과실이 없는 한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.

제8조 (면책)

  • AI 분석 결과는 참고용이며, 중요한 의사결정에는 전문가의 검토를 권장합니다.
  • 회사는 이용자의 문서 내용에 대한 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 회사의 손해배상 책임은 이용자가 해당 월에 실제 지불한 이용 요금을 초과하지 않습니다.

제9조 (지식재산권)

서비스의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표 등 일체의 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠의 지식재산권은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.

제10조 (약관 변경)

회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용 시 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제11조 (준거법 및 분쟁해결)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DocuMind's service at https://documind-app.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

DocuMindprovides AI-powered document analysis (summarization, key point extraction, Q&A, translation, quiz generation, presentation generation, etc.).

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 14 years old to use the service.
  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for your account security.
  • One account per user.

3. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • Limited number of document analyses
  • Basic features: summarization, key points, limited Q&A

Pro Plan (Paid)

  • Unlimited document analyses and all features
  • Monthly or annual subscription
  • Payment processed by Lemon Squeezy

4. Billing & Refunds

  • Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time before renewal.
  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service has not been substantially used.
  • Refunds after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of documents you upload.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.
  • We process uploaded files solely for AI analysis and delete them when no longer needed.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Uploading illegal content (copyright infringement, obscene material, etc.)
  • Automated bulk access via bots or scrapers
  • Unauthorized use of another user's account
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorized API access
  • Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the service

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages caused by downtime except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Disclaimers

  • AI analysis results are for reference only. Consult a professional for important decisions.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month the issue arose.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and trademarks belong to DocuMind. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time with 7 days' notice via the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court.
